I am Mr Larry Matlala, a Tshwane-Born, Schooled and Raised in Pretoria now Tshwane, I grew up in SoshanguvePTA in the North Region. I speak the languages, understand the Challanges, and have lived the challenges and aspirations of its people. This stands in stark contrast to the current deployed Mayor, who is an outsider with no organic connection to our communities, as evidenced by policies that harm the very livelihoods of residents, such as the destructive shutdown of vital economic hubs like Marabastad and Too Many Bylaws.
