This manifesto is not merely a list of promises; it is a covenant with every resident. It is a commitment rooted in the moral principles of justice, integrity, and stewardship, and enshrined in the constitutional values of our nation. We believe that Tshwane is not just a city to be run, but a home to be nurtured, a capital to be proud of, and a legacy to be restored.
